  • Vitamin D, B12, and Magnesium tests for nutrient status
  • In some cases, inflammatory markers or viral panels are used to rule out hidden conditions

These tests can turn vague exhaustion into clear answers.

If medical conditions are ruled out, simple changes can still make a dramatic difference. Keep a consistent sleep schedule, cut screens before bed, and make your room cool and dark.
